Home Service Delivery Policy

Last Updated: 30 SEP 2024

At e-invoice.help, we are dedicated to providing a seamless platform that connects businesses with service providers specializing in e-invoice implementation. This Service Delivery Policy outlines the responsibilities of both service providers and users (businesses) regarding the delivery and receipt of services facilitated through our platform.

Please review the following policy carefully to ensure a clear understanding of expectations for all parties involved.

1. Role of e-invoice.help

e-invoice.help is an online marketplace that allows businesses (users) to search for, compare, and engage with service providers offering e-invoice implementation services. While we facilitate these connections, we do not deliver or manage the services listed by the providers on our platform. All service agreements, including delivery timelines and terms, are to be directly negotiated between users and service providers.

We act as a neutral intermediary, providing a platform where services can be listed, discovered, and reviewed.

2. Service Provider Responsibilities

Service providers offering their services on e-invoice.help are expected to adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Accurate Service Listings: All service descriptions, pricing, timelines, and delivery terms must be accurate, clear, and up-to-date. Providers must ensure that the services they offer are clearly defined, including any conditions, limitations, or specific deliverables.
  • Timely Service Delivery: Providers must deliver services in accordance with the terms agreed upon with the user (business). Delays or changes to service delivery timelines should be promptly communicated to the user to avoid misunderstandings.
  • Communication: Providers are expected to maintain open communication with users during the delivery process to ensure that any issues, updates, or changes are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Quality Assurance: Providers are responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of the services they deliver. Failure to deliver as promised may result in negative feedback, disputes, or removal from the platform.

3. User (Business) Responsibilities

Users who engage with service providers through e-invoice.help are expected to adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Clear Expectations: Users should clearly communicate their service requirements, expectations, and any specific deadlines to the provider prior to service engagement.
  • Timely Responses: To facilitate smooth service delivery, users are encouraged to respond to service providers’ inquiries, requests for clarification, or any issues that may arise during the service delivery process.
  • Compliance with Terms: Users should review and agree to the terms of service delivery, including timelines, costs, and any associated deliverables before committing to a service. Once agreed, users are expected to honor the terms, including payment obligations.

4. Dispute Resolution

If any issues arise regarding service delivery, both users and providers are encouraged to resolve them directly. However, e-invoice.help may assist in facilitating communication to resolve disputes if necessary.

  • Users are encouraged to contact the service provider immediately if they believe the service is not being delivered as agreed.
  • Providers must address any service delivery issues or concerns raised by users promptly to prevent escalation.
  • Dispute Handling: While e-invoice.help is not responsible for managing service quality or disputes between users and providers, we may take action, such as removing listings or issuing warnings to providers who repeatedly fail to deliver as promised.

5. Non-Delivery of Services

If a service provider fails to deliver services as agreed, users are encouraged to:

  • Reach out to the service provider directly to seek resolution.
  • If the issue is not resolved, report the provider to e-invoice.help via our support team at [email protected].

Providers who fail to deliver services consistently or fail to resolve issues may be subject to removal from the platform.

6. Cancellation of Services

  • For Users: Users may cancel service agreements according to the terms set by the service provider. It is essential to review the provider’s cancellation policy before engaging in services.
  • For Providers: Providers should establish clear cancellation policies and communicate them in their service listings. If a provider needs to cancel a service, they must notify the user as soon as possible and provide appropriate alternatives or refunds if applicable.

7. Service Delivery Timelines

All services offered through e-invoice.help must include an estimated timeline for delivery. Providers are encouraged to be realistic in their delivery timelines to avoid unmet expectations. If delays occur, providers should notify users promptly and agree upon an adjusted delivery schedule.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update or modify this Service Delivery Policy to reflect changes in our platform, services, or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review the policy periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
