As we serve as a platform that connects businesses with e-invoice service providers, it is important to understand that our refund and return policies apply differently for the services posted and transactions made through our platform.

Please read the following carefully to understand our refund and return guidelines.

1. Platform Fees

e-invoice.help may charge service providers fees to list their services or offer premium placement on the platform. These fees are non-refundable once the service listing or placement has been activated, except in cases where a technical error on our part results in the service being incorrectly displayed or not listed.

Refunds for Platform Fees:

  • If a listing error occurs due to our system or technical issues, service providers may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction by contacting our support team at [email protected].
  • Refunds will not be granted for changes in a service provider’s circumstances, failure to receive leads, or for any dissatisfaction unrelated to technical issues with the platform.

2. Transactions Between Users and Service Providers

e-invoice.help functions as a marketplace where users can connect with third-party service providers. We do not directly manage or facilitate payments for the services offered through the platform. As such, all payments, refunds, or returns of services must be handled directly between the user and the service provider.

Refunds for Services Purchased:

  • Service Providers are responsible for setting their own refund and return policies for the services they offer. We recommend that all providers clearly outline their policies on their service listings.
  • Users are responsible for reviewing the service provider’s terms and conditions, including refund policies, before engaging with the provider.
  • If a dispute arises between a user and a service provider, e-invoice.help will not be held liable for refunds, but we encourage both parties to resolve the issue directly.

3. Disputes & Mediation

Although e-invoice.help is not directly involved in the delivery or quality of services provided through the platform, we aim to maintain a trustworthy and reliable environment for all users.

  • If a user is dissatisfied with the service received, we encourage you to first contact the service provider directly to resolve the issue.
  • If the issue remains unresolved, you may contact e-invoice.help at [email protected] with details of the complaint. While we do not guarantee mediation or refunds, we may review the case and take necessary actions, such as removing listings or warning providers.

4. Cancellation Policy

As a platform user, you may delete or deactivate your account at any time. However, please note the following:

  • For Service Providers: If you cancel your account before the end of a listing period or premium placement, no refund will be issued for any unused time.
  • For Users: If you no longer wish to engage with the platform, you may deactivate your account without incurring any fees. However, you must address any pending transactions or agreements directly with the service provider before canceling.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may modify or update this Refund / Return Policy at any time to reflect changes in our business operations or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review the policy periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
