e-invoice.help is an online portal that connects businesses (“Users”) seeking e-invoice implementation services with service providers (“Providers”). The platform allows Providers to post their services and Users to search for and engage with Providers based on their needs.
We do not directly provide e-invoice services, nor are we responsible for the quality, accuracy, or legality of the services listed by Providers.

3. User Accounts

  • Registration: To access certain features of the platform, Users and Providers may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we suspect any breach of these terms or misuse of the platform.

4. Posting Services 

  • Providers must ensure that all information about their services is accurate, up-to-date, and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Providers must not post misleading, false, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.
  • Providers are responsible for the pricing, availability, and delivery of their services.

5. User Conduct

When using the platform, you agree to:

  • Not engage in any illegal or harmful activities.
  • Not post or distribute any inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content.
  • Not use the platform to spam, harass, or harm other users.
    We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Payment Terms

  • Payments for services provided via the platform are handled directly between the User and the Provider. e-invoice.help is not responsible for payment processing, disputes, or transactions between Users and Providers.
  • We may charge Providers a fee to list services or offer premium placement on the platform. Any such fees will be clearly communicated before being applied.

7. Disclaimers

  • e-invoice.help does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any content posted by Providers. It is the User’s responsibility to verify the credentials and quality of any services before engaging.
  • We do not endorse, guarantee, or monitor the performance of any Provider listed on the platform.
  • We are not liable for any damages or disputes arising from the use of services provided through the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, e-invoice.help and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of e-invoice.help or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the platform without our express written consent.

10. Privacy Policy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the platform, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
